We work to a written checklist agreed with you, so the standard does not depend on who turns up. You contract with us, we engage and pay the cleaners, and our public liability cover applies to the work.
Who we are
We work in period houses, mansion flats and lateral apartments across Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea and the surrounding areas: places where the surfaces are unforgiving, the contents matter, and a cleaner who guesses does real damage.
Our cleaners are self-employed professionals we engage directly rather than introduce to you. They are briefed on the surfaces in your property, covered by our public liability insurance while they work, and they work to the checklist we agree with you rather than to a general idea of clean.

Every room, with you or your property manager, before anything is quoted or promised.
What is cleaned, how often, what is dusted rather than cleaned, and what is not touched at all. You approve it before we begin.
You meet them before they start, and you may decline. A named second is appointed at the same time and works your house alongside them before ever covering alone.
The specification is reviewed with you twice a year, and sooner whenever the house changes.
Coverage
We work across West and Central London only. The patch is deliberately small: our cleaners live near the homes they clean, which is what makes a reliable weekly visit possible.
